Collin Roche
Collin Roche is a Principal of GTCR, which he joined in 1996.
Previously, Mr. Roche was an associate at EVEREN Securities in Chicago
and an analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York City. He
received a BA in Political Economy from Williams College and an MBA
from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and Henry
Ford II Scholar.
Mr. Roche is a director of public companies PrivateBancorp, Syniverse
Technologies, and VeriFone. His private directorships include BNY
ConvergEx Group, National Processing Company, QFour Digital, Service
Net, and Zenta. He has been instrumental in other GTCR investments,
including Cambridge Protection Industries, HSM Electronic Protection
Services, Skylight Financial, Transaction Network Services, and
TransFirst.
