James Guyette
James M. Guyette is Chairman of the Board of PrivateBancorp, Inc. and had been a director since 1990. Since 1997, he has been president and chief executive officer of Rolls Royce North America, Inc. Mr. Guyette served as executive vice president of UAL Corporation, the parent company of United Air Lines, Inc., from 1985 to 1995 when he retired after more than 25 years of employment with that company. He is currently a director of Priceline.com, Rolls-Royce plc (London), and chairman of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, and formerly a director of First United Financial Services and United Airlines Employees Credit Union.
